Agreement to Terms

By booking a trip through TravelAnywhere Ltd (registered in England, company number 12847563, registered office at 52 Liverpool St., Salford M5 4LT), you agree to be bound by these terms. We operate as an ATOL-protected travel organiser (ATOL number 11847) and all package holidays we sell are covered by this protection.

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and issue a confirmation email. Deposits are typically 25% of the total trip cost, with the balance due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit cards. Payments made by credit card may be subject to a processing fee of 1.5%.

Cancellation by You

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a refund minus a £75 administration fee. Cancellations between 30-60 days before departure forfeit the deposit (25% of total cost). Cancellations less than 30 days before departure may result in loss of up to 100% of the trip cost depending on supplier refund policies. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if minimum participant numbers are not met, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. In circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will work with you to reschedule or provide partial refunds where possible.

Our Liability

As your tour organiser, we accept responsibility for ensuring the services we arrange are provided to a reasonable standard. We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control, your own actions, or the actions of third parties unconnected with the provision of your trip. Our liability is limited in accordance with relevant international conventions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For complaints, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 28 days.
